How long will it take to receive my order?
Regular products: Processing time 1-2 business days.
Custom or handmade items: Processing can take 10 days to 2 months.(check prodcuts page see more details.)
Shipping time: 7–15 business days for standard shipping; 2–4 business days for DHL express.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal's payment gateway.

Can I cancel my order?
- Order has not been shipped, Within 10H after payment, Cancel Free.
- Non-customized and non-handmade products, Order has not been shipped, More than 10H after payment, a 15% handling fee will be charged.
- customized and handmade products, More than 10H after payment, a 70% handling fee will be charged.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What is your return policy?
You may return or exchange regular products within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Customized or handmade items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
